3.2 Ordering

  • All orders are an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline.
  • A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation or dispatch your goods.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel, we will refund any payment in full.

3.3 Prices and payment

  • Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment providers.

3.4 Products

  • We take care to describe and picture products accurately, but slight variation in colour and packaging may occur.
  • Our products are cosmetics. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Always read the label and ingredient list, and patch-test before use. If you have a known allergy or a skin condition, seek professional advice.

3.5 Your statutory rights

4. Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy sits alongside, and does not reduce, your legal rights.

4.1 Your right to cancel (14-day cooling-off period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason. To cancel, email donkorbright900@gmail.com with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

4.2 Important exception for cosmetics — sealed goods

For hygiene and health reasons, cosmetic and skincare products that have been unsealed or opened after delivery cannot be returned under the cooling-off period, unless they are faulty. Sealed, unopened products in their original condition can be returned within the period above. [CONFIRM this matches how you package and seal your products.]

4.3 Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — including a refund if you reject the item within 30 days. Contact us with your order number and a photograph of the issue and we will put it right at no cost to you.

4.4 Return shipping

  • For cancellations under the cooling-off period, you are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
  • For faulty or incorrect items, we cover return postage.
  • We recommend obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

4.5 Refunds

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods back, or of you providing proof of return. Refunds include standard delivery charges where the whole order is cancelled within the cooling-off period.

5. Shipping & Delivery Policy

5.1 Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

Orders are processed within 3-7 working days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day.

5.3 Delivery times and cost

  • Standard delivery: e.g. 2–5 working days 
  • Tracked / express delivery: e.g. 1–2 working days

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order is dispatched. They are not guaranteed and may be affected by the courier.

5.4 Tracking

Where a tracked service is used, we will email tracking details on dispatch.

5.5 Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within 3-7 working days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at donkorbright900@gmail.com and we will investigate with the courier.

5.6 Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
